How do I enter a contest?
Once you have registered with WinFreeTickets.com you are able to enter contests. You can find contests by browsing our event pages (Concerts, Sports, Theatre) or using the search box. Click on the "Win Tickets" link to go to the event contest page. Under the main picture you will see a "Enter Contest" button. Click it. You are now entered in the contest. If you are not signed into the site you will be taken to the registration/sign in page, once signed in and you will be taken back to the contest page, then click the "Enter Contest" button to enter.

How do I register with WinFreeTickets.com?
You can register with WinFreeTickets.com on this page: Register and fill out the form. Once you have successfully registered you can then enter our contests for a chance to win free tickets.

Is there a cost to register with WinFreeTickets.com?
There is no cost. It is free to register with WinFreeTickets.com

Which contests can I enter?
Contests are open to legal residents of Canada living within the province or region of each event. For example, a regional contest in Winnipeg is not eligible to be won by a person residing in Toronto. You can read the full contest rules here.

Can I enter more than once in a contest?
Yes, by using our "Reach Out and Win!" program. For every friend that you tell about WinFreeTickets.com web site and they come to the site and register you will get an additional entry into the contest.

When do you post the winners of contest?
Our policy is to post the winners of a contest by the end of day on the draw date.

How do I know if I won a prize?
There are two places to look to see if you won a prize. 1) When you are signed into the site you can go to the My Contests page, you will see a "You Won! Claim your prize" link in the results column if you won a prize. 2) Go to WinFreeTickets.com and find the contest page, we list all the prize winners there. When we make a contest draw we always send out an email letting the people who entered the contest know about it. You can follow the link in the email to the contest page and view the list of people who won a prize. If you haven't received any draw notifications from us, make sure we are not ending up in your spam/junk folder.

How do I claim a prize?
When you are signed into WinFreeTickets.com you can go to your My Contests page, you will see listing of all the contests you have entered. Looking at the last column of the table you will see a "Results" header. If you have won a prize you will see a "You Won! Claim your prize" link (if you did not win you will see the date the draw took place on). Click on this link to go to the prize claim form. On the Prize Claim form you will see the prize that you won, fill out the form by entering your full address, answer the skill testing question, and click the "Claim Prize" button. That's it.

How long does it take to recieve a prize once I have claimed it
Our policy is to send out prizes two business days after the prize has been claimed. Please note that it is two business days, this means when counting out days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

How long do I have to claim my prize
For time sensitive prizes, like concert tickets, there is a 48 hour window starting from the draw date 5:00 PM to claim your prize. If you have not claimed your prize at that point there will be redraw and a new winner chosen. For all other non-time sensitive prizes, like gift cards, you have until the event date to complete your prize claim until your prize expires.

How does the Refer a Friend for more contest entries work?
This program has been discontinued due to abuse. The Reach Out and Win! program has been implemented in place of Refer a Friend

What is the Reach Out and Win program?
You can send an email to all your friends which has a special link. If your friends click on your link and register with WinFreeTickets.com you will get THREE bonus contest entries for every friend that registers with WinFreeTickets.com. Get more information.

I forgot my password?
You can request your password by clicking on the "I forgot my password" link on the sign in page

The site tells me my email is being used already. How is this possible?
You have probably been registered with the site in another way. You may have filled out a ballot at either Pizza Hut, Pony Corral, or at an event (for example, WFX Wrestling). When you are entered into our syetem through a ballot entry we send you an email with your sign in information. If you need to get your password you can request it by clicking on the "I forgot my password" link on the sign in page

How do I change my contact information?
Sign into your account, once logged in you can go to your account page and update your contact information (http://www.winfreetickets.com/index.cfm/page.YourAccount).

How do I stop emails from WinFreeTickets.com from being sent to me?
Log into your account and check the "Do not send me any information on new contests or draw notifications." check box on your account page.

I accidentally entered a contest in another region of the country, how can I remove my entry.
At this time there is no way for you to remove your entries in the contest. There is no penalty for entering contest out of your region - you just won't win.

If I email WinFreeTickets.com and ask to win tickets will that increase my chance of winning?
No.

How do you decide on the winners?
For each contest a computer application collects all entries, including bonus entries through referrals, and randomly picks winners and assigns them to the available prizes in that draw.

I have registered with the site but I can not sign in?
Make sure that your browser accepts cookies. This setting can be found under the browser security settings. By default browser are set to allow cookies.
