By entering contests on this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions below.
Sponsor: WinFreeTickets.com is solely responsible for conducting and administering the contests.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Each contest begins immediately upon contest notification and ends one week prior to each event. Drawing dates will occur 14 days and 7 days prior to each event. To enter, go to WinFreeTickets.com and complete the online entry form. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of the drawing. Each person may enter once per email address. Additional entries may be gained by our Reach Out and Win! program.

Prizes: Each contest has multiple prizes consisting of event tickets and Pizza Hut gift cards of different denominations. Pizza Hut gift cards are redeemable only in Manitoba at participating Red Roof Pizza Hut locations. Prizes will be declared on each contest page. Additional prizes may be added at any time by same or new sponsors. The approximate value of each prize varies depending on contest. Prizes must be claimed within 48 hours of announcement or a new winner may be drawn. Prizes will be mailed in a plain envelope to winner only once they are claimed and after full address is received from contest winner. Winners will be drawn electronically or otherwise using systems devised by WinFreeTickets.com. Prizes are as describe, are not transferable, and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash, or any other prize. Prizes are non-refundable, non-saleable and must be kept as awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of unavailability of all or part of any of the prizes for any reason whatsoever. With respect to all prizes, the sponsor retains the right to request eligible winners to sign a declaration before being awarded a prize.

Eligibility: Contests are open to legal residents of Canada living within the province or region of each event. For example, a regional contest in Winnipeg is not eligible to be won by a person residing in Toronto. Contest is not open to employees and those domiciled with employees of WinFreeTickets.com.

General Rules: The sponsor shall not be liable for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, not received, stolen, mutilated, or illegible entries. By entering the contests, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the sponsor which is final, binding, and conclusive on all matters relating to each contest. All entries become the property of the sponsor, none will be returned and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants who may be notified by telephone or email. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify all entrants who fail to claim their prize or fail to follow these official rules and regulation or who make any misrepresentation relating to the contests, drawing and redemption of the prizes. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal legislation. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, photograph, and/or voice recording for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Decisions of the sponsor are final with respect to all aspects of the contests. The sponsor shall not be responsible for any failure of the website during the promotion or for any problems or technical malfunctions of a telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email, online, or internet entry to be received by the sponsor. In addition, the sponsor shall not be responsible due to technical problems, traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contests. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically produced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the identity of an online entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder associated with the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry name change. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid online entry in these contests will be the contest server machine(s). Any taxes (where applicable) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WinFreeTickets.com will not sell your personal information collected for these contests or rent them to any third parties. Please note that by submitting personal information to WinFreeTickets.com, you consent to our use described by our privacy policies.

No Liability: Sponsor shall not be responsible in any way for the use of, or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to, the prizes awarded in these contests.

Quebec: For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. The Sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “Régie”) in the Province of Québec, to terminate or amend these contests at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the contests are not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering, the sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie, to cancel the contests and conduct the random draw from all previously received eligible entries received by the contest closing dates.
